Search O Pal is a large-scale SaaS platform designed to transform the hiring process in Pakistan. With more than 1.5 years of continuous development, the platform has grown into a complex system of microservices supporting multiple dashboards and user roles, including job seekers, companies, trainers, and administrators.

For Companies: Employers can post jobs, shortlist candidates using AI-driven scoring, schedule interviews directly within the platform, and view detailed analytics on their hiring activities. The AI integration helps companies save time by automatically ranking applicants based on job description relevance.

For Job Seekers: Candidates can create high-quality profiles in under a minute by simply uploading their resumes - the AI system builds complete profiles automatically. They can apply for jobs, register for events, enroll in trainings, and receive personalized job-matching scores that highlight their suitability for each position.

For Admins: The admin dashboard provides end-to-end visibility of the entire system, including platform performance, user statistics, hiring trends, and training enrollments.

I worked as a Full Stack Developer and Team Lead, where I was responsible for leading the frontend development team, overseeing UI/UX design, developing the backend using Django REST Framework, and managing deployments. This role allowed me to contribute across the full lifecycle of the project - from design and development to scaling and operations.
